Irish company information is public to the extent it has been delivered to the Companies Registration Office (CRO). That can include legal identity, registered office, status, officers, filing history and statutory financial statements. It is valuable due-diligence material—but not a live view of every aspect of a business.
Search the public company record
Start with the legal name or CRO registration number. Matching the entity correctly is essential before relying on any address, director, filing or account.

CRO states that CORE provides access to registered-entity data including entity number, name, registration date, status and annual-return dates, as well as certain submission information. Some basic details are free; official filing images and printouts can carry a fee.
What is not public
The public register does not give you a company’s live bank balance, tax returns, current unpaid invoices, private management accounts, commercial contracts, passwords or complete real-time ownership and trading information. Public accounts are historical and may be abridged under applicable rules.
A Normal status is not a credit rating, and a public director appointment is not proof of ownership. Use records to ask better questions, not to make claims the filing does not support.
