Common questions
Are Irish company accounts free? No. Filing them is part of the annual return; downloading them costs €3.50 each on CORE.
How current are the accounts? Irish companies must file within 56 days of their Annual Return Date. Most recent accounts are typically 6–18 months old.
What if no accounts appear? The company may be new, dormant, or non-compliant. Check the company status — Strike-Off Listed often means missing filings.
